My son had vomiting, fever and diarrhea going on 5 days.  It was in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. My sister is also sick. 
He got Campylobacter and is better now after day 6/7 days of sickness. We don’t know where he got it but it could have been an excursion to Las Caletas. We were staying at a airbnb and he did eat the food at their onsite restaurant. It was in this place. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
