I ordered a Philly cheesesteak for lunch on January 5th. This sandwich was the only meal I had on this day.From about 5:30am the next day to 8:00pm Sunday, I was puking violently and like clockwork, along with a bad bout of diarrhea. I was extremely fatigued and was between my bed and my bathroom for about 40 hours straight, alternately sleeping and evacuating.
Symptoms began to slow down in the next few days, but nausea and diarrhea persisted. It was not until 5 or 6 days in that I was able to hold down something other than soups and liquids.
I recommend only purchasing cold sandwiches from this establishment. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
