This was a decade ago but I discovered that Lucky Charms sends me to the toilet several times the remainder of the day. I stopped eating it after confirming the problem over multiple breakfasts so I have no recent experience. I google about this and found that some are sensitive to their ingredient Trisodium Phosphate so I avoid all cereals with this in it.

I am reporting this now because MAYBE they increased the proportion of this poop inducing ingredient either on purpose or by accident last year and a higher dose of it could cause severe symptoms? Just a guess but maybe something to investigate.
