Cereal Causes Severe Symptoms - Lucky Charms, California

I bought 1 box of lucky charms on Amazon and had it delivered to my house.I also bought a box at grocery outlet in South Lake Tahoe Ca. I consumed the cereal on april 11&12 2022. I had severe stomach pains with diarrhea. I also had a headache but I’m not sure that was caused by the cereal. I had the headache until 4/16/22 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Stomach Pain
