My 3.5 year old son ate Lucky Charms cereal bars on Sunday afternoon. Monday morning at 6am he woke up vomiting, he vomited off an on until 3 PM. He had green diarrhea as well. He was nauseous all day. Nothing else was different in his world other than the cereal bars that we picked up at Walmart on Saturday. My son has never thrown up before this. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Green Stool
