My 4 years old ate a bowl of lucky charms and hours later was complaining that her belly hurt, just laid on the couch, started getting a fever, wouldn't eat dinner, had diarrhea, woke up at 3am with a high fever and vomiting. She just got over the stomach bug 2 weeks ago so I know it isn't that again.
