My two year old son was hospitalized for 5 days after he ate Lucky Charms. He doesn’t eat it with cereal. He tested negative for a long list of things through stool, blood, and saliva samples. He was so dehydrated from vomiting and diarrhea that an ulcer formed in his GI tract. We stopped feeding him Lucky Charms when he was discharged and haven’t had any issues since. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
