Not sure if cereal was the cause. Daughter had Lucky Charms cereal morning of 3/8 and had a seizure for the first time ever. Was hospitalized and released after a couple of days. Battery of tests found no official cause. | Symptoms: Other

The same happened to my daughter! On 3/26 she was eating Lucky Charms and began to have a seizure. Never had a history of seizures. 2 weeks later, she was eating Lucky Charms, again, and suffered a second seizure. I’m curious what has been going on with your daughter since her incident. Unfortunately, I did not hold onto the box. I didn’t learn of the FDA investigation until after I threw the box away. I only took pics of the ingredients list in case her doctors suspected an allergy.

She actually had consumed from two separate boxes. The first box had already been opened. The second box was a brand new box. All I know os that one was purchased on March 19 from the WalMart Super Center in Clio, MI.
