About A weeks ago my Son became extremely sick after eating lucky charms a few days in a row. Stomach pain, vomiting, bad diarrhea. So bad that he ended up in the ER to check his appendix. It was fine. And fluids for dehydration from diarrhea. He was sick for another 5 days uncontrollably diarrhea. The only other common thing was the cereal. Once he stopped eating it. He didn’t vomit again. I’m sure it’s not a coincidence. I don’t want another child to end up in the ER because of breakfast cereal. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Stomach Pain
