Three days ago had a bowl of lucky charms severe diarrhea and gas pains that evening. Had lucky charms again this morning, not realizing that was what caused the diarrhea and am now experiencing severe gas pains. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Gas
