My 6 year old daughter loves lucky charms. She eats them often. She had the cereal for breakfast and started complaining a few hours later that her stomach was hurting and she got diarrhea it was the only thing she had eaten. The next day the same thing happened and so forth. I then did a search and saw that there was an issue going around about the lucky charms so I ended up dumping the box out she has not been sick since. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
