Lucky Charms Cereal, don’t know what causes it , but it really messes you up. Diarrhea, cramps, bloating, gas pain. I ate it on Tuesday night and woke up Wednesday around 3 am, in pain, didn’t realize that’s what it was , so I ate a whole lot on Thursday night and my whole Friday was ruined, felt nauseous, dizzy bloated and generally miserable. It’s obviously the culprit, the smell is very distinct. Other people say it’s the marshmallows, but I don’t think so, the smell is very grainy. Stuff is bad news. I eat it dry, right from the box | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Bloating, Gas, Dizziness

I would espeically if it was during my peroid if it has alot of salt and its during my peroid i would throw it away. You should of never ate the rest when you werent feeling well.
i get what you describe lucky charms is full of sugar and i cant digest too much sugar than i used to.
