Everytime I have Lucky Charms cereal I get severe green diarrhea and belly pains. So I take anti diarrhea pills and eventually by a day later it goes away. I read online it is because of the dye they use. I'd have to see if there is another food with that same dye to test it out and then know what other foods to avoid. I started eating Lucky charms cause I found out that I'm gluten intolerant. So was confused when a gluten free cereal was making me so sick. I'm just going to add Lucky Charms to my banned/boycott/or contains gluten food list. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Green Stool
