Lucky Charms Illness Outbreak - Lucky Charms, Dallas Georgia

3 years ago reported by user-mvkb8994 business

Lucky Charms, Costco Wholesale, Charles Hardy Parkway, Dallas, GA, USA

1715 Charles Hardy Parkway, Dallas, 30157 Georgia, United States

My daughter (16yo) ate Lucky Charms Thursday morning 4/14. It was the last bowl of the box. She came home from school by 9:30am and vomited. She had diarrhea that morning and all day. Thursday night she was up all night throwing up and we had to give her a little sip of Powerade every 15 minutes. This went on from 5pm to 2am. Very weak the next day and barely could eat the next day, but no more vomiting. She was very dehydrated.
My son (12yo) was sick with a headache, diarrhea, and tummy ache at the beginning of last week, but no vomiting. He had the first bowl of the box. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Dehydration, Weakness, Stomach Pain
