Cereal Causes Family Illness - Costco, Frederick Maryland

Intermittent over past three weeks, Lucky charms purchased as a special treat for our kids during the first week of April. We eat our meals together. Myself and two boys ages 7 and 10 have all had diarrhea, stomach aches and nausea after eating lucky charms. My wife didn’t eat any of the cereal and had had no symptoms. The rest of our diet has consisted of meals shared by the four of us. Only those who ate the cereal have gotten sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
