4 days ago, I ate a box of lucky charms I became extremely sick soon after. I had severe cramping, nausea and explosive green frothy diarrhea. I know. Disgusting. I hated even typing those words out. Lucky Charmes contains TSP=Trisodium Phosphate... it's a heavy duty cleaner used before painting. YOU'RE EATING IT. Many cereals have it. LOOK for it in the ingredients
