My son ate lucky charms cereal as snacks and sometimes for breakfast and got sick very bad with diarrhea, vomiting, cramping very bad, watery stools for more than a week ( right before president day weeks) and last for more than 10 days. His Dr could not give us any diagnosis. The nausea and vomiting was kinda ease out first and diarrhea and cramping. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
