I had a few bowls of LC cereal. In about an hour my stomach started to cramp. 3 hours after my entire abdominal area was having spasms and I was in so much pain. I couldn’t relieve it. I never vomit so nothing came up. I felt cold and had to just sit up in bed. About 6 hours after eating it I finally had diarrhea and noticed how my lower abdomen to my bladder was super sore to the touch. Worst stomach ache I’ve ever had | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Muscle Spasms, Soreness
