I've eaten Lucky Charms my whole life without an issue. I usually eat a bowl a day. Last week I started feeling nausea with severe bloating. I've also experienced an allergic reaction to an unidentified ingredient in Lucky Charms Galactic. It made my throat swell, triggered severe asthma attacks to the point of having to do a breathing treatment. I didn't eat any Lucky charms for a few days to be sure and I felt great. Tonight I gave them another try and I'm now getting ready to go to the ER with an allergic reaction. My only known allergy is strawberries and shellfish. | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Bloating, Allergic Reaction
