Every time I eat Lucky Charms. cereal causes painful diarrhea. 100% sure it’s that because I have major constipation issues that require medical intervention regularly and if I eat lucky charms, I get a stomach ache for hours, and within 12 hours, I have diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
