This happened to me in Florida. Ate a cup of dry lucky charms before bed. Woke up two hours later to horrible diarrhea and near vomiting. Lasted about 3 hours. Stomach was upset for an additional 12 hours. I laid in bed moaned and groaned in between bouts.
