I used to eat Lucky Charms nearly every day for breakfast. I started having persistent diarrhea every day, thinking it was from some supplements I was taking. This lasted for over a month. I then noticed the diarrhea stopped when I ran out of the cereal. The first day back eating it, I had persistent diarrhea and stomach cramping. So did my boyfriend. I love this cereal, but there is no doubt in my mind it caused the diarrhea and cramping. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
