I've actually been getting sick from lucky charms for a few years now. I'm still not sure why as I can consume other products with the same ingredients (I've done an elimination diet to pinpoint an intolerance) and haven't found any links. It starts with severe stomach cramping, a few hours after eating them, followed by severe diarrhea accompanied by nausea/vomiting/stomach pain. It usually lasts about a day and a half but I have to not eat anything and just sip water that entire time or it will continue. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
