Green Diarrhea & Stomach Ache, Purchased a box of Lucky Charms Family size cereal the week of 11/28/2022. I’ve eaten it twice. Both times I’ve had diarrhea, stomach cramps, and green poo. This morning I decided to google Lucky Charms and green stool. I see all these negative links about it. So of course now I’m anxious and concerned what did I eat that was bad?! Maybe they outsourced dye from a country that doesn’t have strict food regulations? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Green Stool
