No frills or sobeys. Over the last week, feeling better now that I finished the box of lucky charms I think it was the cereal, I wasn’t feeling well over the last week, which is when I started the box. I haven’t eaten it in a couple of days and feel better. Almost felt like I was backed up, but I have bowl movements at least 2 a day. Felt like bowls were inflamed, was difficult to pass stool, increased fluids. But because I wasn’t hungry I would just eat the cereal. Looking back I think the first night I ate it I woke up at 3am and was vomiting violently for an hour while also experiencing diarrhea. Which at some points during the week was green but I always get that when I eat lucky charms. It was wild. It has to be the cereal, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating, Green Stool, Nausea
