I am in bad gastric distress the day after having Lucky Charms cereal for the third time in the last 2 weeks.
My symptoms usually start 6-8 hours after having the cereal and generally resolve by the 24 hour mark.

I'm very careful about what I eat and have been so confused about the seemingly random stomach upsets recently.
Finally realized today that Lucky Charms is the only novel thing I've had that also aligns perfectly with the 3 days I've had GI symptoms. Really regretting grabbing a box for nostalgia reasons.
