On 5/11/2022, I ate lucky charms that day I had extreme dizziness and nausea. My friends called an ambulance and I then spent all day in the ER getting tests. They checked me for heart attack and stroke, which I didn’t have.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Dizziness, Vomiting
