I'm embarrassed that it took so long for me to realize - and I thank this site for enlightening me - but I, as a lifelong fan of Lucky Charms, have been Benedict Arnolded by the product. Over the past seven months, whenever I would eat LC for breakfast - about every other day - I would suffer from explosive, volcanic, Old Faithful style diarrhea. I wondered if it was some sort of health problem or the effects of random other foods but I now know the grimdark truth. It finally occurred to me when me Lucky Charms kicked in one day at Target, where I was lucky (lol) to reach the (disgusting!) toilet, suffered, and found this site while doomscrolling and p**ping profusely.
