I’ve had a few episodes that have come after eating lucky charms and never thought it was the cause until I read these reports. I won’t say it’s a definite cause but there is definitely a correlation there. I rarely eat cereal making the connection isn’t difficult. The symptoms are as reported by others with the addition of awful tasting burps signaling the beginning of the sickness. I would start belching and it would smell/taste of rotten eggs or sulfur. Acute stomach cramping and pain would follow with debilitating nausea with vomiting and diarrhea. I would be left weak and dehydrated. Being a person who rarely gets sick and is generally healthy these recurring episodes had me scared. Hasn’t happened again and haven’t had that cereal for a while if that changed or I find a different cause I’ll report back; I’m just happy that I’ve found a possible explanation. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness
