I had a salad for dinner, popcorn for movie snack along with half cup of Lucky Charms. I woke up this morning with diarrhea, a bit of nausea, abdominal pain. Lucky Charms was the only thing different from what I normally eat. Also, I have Celiac Disease which is why I bought gluten free Lucky Charms. My symptoms are similar to being glutanized.
