I ate breakfast on May 18, 2026 at the Fred Harvey restaurant in Williams Arizona. I ate from the salad bar and my husband did not and did not get sick. Everything we ate was identical with the exception of the salad bar on Sunday morning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Within half hour had flushed face itchy skin my head felt like it was going to explode. Forced myself to throw up. Did research symptoms show possible fish poisoning. Called ambulance but didnt go to hospital. If i wouldnt have thrown up would have been worse.  | Symptoms: Nausea
