I had a Turkey and American cheese sandwhich on a footlong of Italian bread. I had lettuce tomato onion jalapenos, pepperchinis, and chipotle southwest on it. My stomach started hurting about 5 hours later and started throwing up constantly. I stayed up all night throwing up and ended up throwing up a total of 16 times. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
