My son has been passing bright green poop and vomitting, anf complaining of chest pain. I bought him lucky charm cereal 2 days ago, i gave it to him yesterday and this morning. Now he's suddenly mysteriously ill. This is very unlike him. Because this was a one time thing i always tell him no when he asks for that cereal and the one time i buy it, this happens. This is crazy | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chest Pain, Green Stool

A lot of people have been complaining of sickness from lucky charms recently. I’m surprised it hasn’t been looked into yet!
