I had the misery of eating 3 bowls( 2 for breakfast and 1 for midnight snack ) and that day i started to feel alittle ill in the morning, i didnt think anything of it. that afternoon & night i couldnt go more than 15-20 without being on the toilet. at one point i was fireing from both ends at the same time. that lasted for 9-12hrs before it gradually went away. box exp was sept 2022.
