Our son 9 years old had lucky charm cereal at school in the individual packs for breakfast April 29th. Since then he has thrown up 5 times and had stomach cramping and nauseous. He has not been able to eat anything else since then.

It was the individual packs the school gets I have notified the school hopefully they will reach out with more information on the package it’s self | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
