Tuesday I bought cereal bars lucky charm to be specific, later on through out the day I started to have stomach cramps as if it was gas build up so I decided to let it out and I did everything came out I ate 4 my kids ate one a piece but just had diarrhea I got it the worse not only did I have diarrhea I threw up several times the next day I wasn't 100% but I got thru the work day just now starting to feel like me again | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Gas
