I ate lucky charms that Saturday, April 9 for breakfast. That evening I began having severe liquid diarrhea, stomach cramps, headache and chills. This lasted for 3 full days. A week later, I have not had a solid bowel movement. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache, Chills
