Lucky Charms Illness Alert - Lucky Charms, Woodbury New Jersey

With in an hour of my son eating breakfast (4/25/22) I was called by the school nurse to pick him up. When I got him home, he broke into sweats, had stomach pain and nausea. He then had diarrhea on and off for the next 4 hours. He also vomited twice in that 4 hours.

My fiancé called me this morning (4/26) and asked what cereal he had, I said Lucky Charms. He said he heard on the radio that the FDA is investigating thousands of reports of getting sick after eating Lucky Charms.

I called General Mills to report it and gave all the box info they requested. I also called the FDA but haven’t heard back from them to file my report with them also. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Sweating
