Lucky Charms Illness Suspected - Walmart, Amarillo Texas

Not sure but my 14 year old daughter ate lucky charms yesterday after school and got sick soon after I thought my daughter(Ella) had a stomach virus until my sister(Tav) advised me that ella had eaten Lucky Charms cereal at her house when she picked ella up from school. I picked ella up from tav’s after I got off work and she didn’t want to eat anything for dinner when we got home. When she did try to eat she went straight to the bathroom with diarrhea accompanied by nausea. I gave her medicine which did not help. The rest of the evening she had bouts of nausea/diarrhea/vomiting until after midnight. I had to give her promethazine to stop her throwing up. She was then able to sleep but not attend school today 4/8/2022. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
