Parent of 7 reporting:6 children from same home have fallen violently ill after consuming lucky charms which were purchased from here on March 28, 2022. Children are experiencing severe nausea, dyspepsia, projectile vomiting, recurring diarrhea, burning burps, loss of appetite, and malaise. The 7th child is not ill as they did not consume the lucky charms. Vomit reeks of lucky charms. This is the second instance in the household where the children were sickened in the exact same manner after consuming a box of lucky charms, which was blamed then on maybe bad milk. However, it's now realized that the lucky charms are the common denominator. The first such event occured in December 2021 and the charms were purchased in Fall River, MA at either a Walmart or stop and shop.
Please note, this is a direct result of consumption of the contaminated food and it needs to be recalled. The children are sleeping with bins beside them. This is all due to inaction despite over 139 cases of purported illness plus my 6, TWICE OVER. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Loss of Appetite
