Hi! I'm reporting an illness in my child after having had Lucky Charms. Vomiting & watery stools. Coincidence? Maybe, but I heard there were other reports so I thought I'd submit our experience. The grocery order was placed online on 3/27 at this place but was picked up on 3/30. He threw up for 4 days & has had explosive watery, green stools for 6 days (& this is ongoing). He had a fever of 102.3 for a day. He's 5 years old. I was close to taking him in for IV fluids over the weekend, but didn't. My husband & I are both medical professionals so we're able to monitor him closely. Unfortunately, I had been giving him dry cereal (Lucky Charms included) throughout the illness until I heard the report yesterday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
