April 11-13th, I ate Lucky Charms without any milk. I had purchased them just days before eating them. I ate them as I typically do, dry. Later in the day, I felt a jarring, excrutiating pain in my stomach, and later threw up. The next morning I had runny stools, and felt very nauseous.
