Lucky Charms for Breakfast. There has been multiple times mid morning that my son would get nauseated after eating his cereal. His most recent episode he stayed sick vomiting with diarrhea for 12 hours. We took him to the doctor for missing 2 days 2 week ago. Everything checked out fine. He had no virus detected. He was then scheduled for a full abdomen scan to make sure everything else was ok. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
