I had the cereal, a single cup for lunch & about 3 hours later I was nauseous, hot, horrible stomach cramps. Threw up & had diarrhea for almost 3 days wirh Horrible cramps. I thought it was a virus until my son and daughter ate one as well and both ended up with the same issues. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fever
