Saturday 9/30/23 at 2pm i ate the Teryaki chicken with shrimp lo mein. Ive never been so sick in my life!!! Diarhea, excessive vomiting and foul smelling belches. Its 5 days later and im still having the same symptoms. Now my belly hurts and i have blood clots in one eye from straining. I believe the water is contamninated due to the DPW finding parasites in the local reservoir. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
