Saturday evening to today, Airline food Wife became ill shortly after arriving to the states on a Lufthansa flight from Munich. Symptoms were fever, chills, nausea, severe stomach pain, lightheaded feeling, and a resulting trip to the Emergency Room  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Chills, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Vomiting
