Mushroom Pasta Causes Illness - M&S Food To Go, London England

Yesterday bought the mushroom papperdelle from m&s at st thomas hospital, at around 1pm, had stomach cramps and feeling a bit sick right after which lasted a few hours. Didn't think it was from what I ate, so I ignored it. Bought another one, same product, after work on the same day around 9pm and it caused the same symptoms- much worse, with diarrhoea. Very bad stomach pains. Nothing else I ate before that or after that caused the same issues, so I know it was probably the mushroom pappardelle from M&S. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
