Hello, sorry to comment but in January 2026 I was also hospitalised due to food poisoning after having an m and s food prep meal from the peel centre in Stockport! I was in bed for a 4 days before I called the doctors who sent me straight to an and e where I was kept in. Exact same symptoms. Have you emailed them?
