I bought a Korean chicken high protein egg wrap with spinach from the ready to eat section. After couple of hours I began feeling ill. About 4 hours later I was vomiting and had diarrhoea every 2 hours throughout the night. The following day the worst of the symptoms began to clear and I can keep food and water down again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
