Duck Dinner Illness Strikes - M&S Simply Food, West End England

Saturday evening July 2nd, Absolutely sure. Their packet of 'slow cooked duck legs with sauce' bought from local petrol station due to be eaten before July 10th!! The meal was cooked according to the instructions. I have cooked it before and am familiar with the instructions. Husband also is suffering from it still having diarrhoea and feeling poorly. I still weak and light-headed. My vomiting was extreme, as bad as once in Morocco. My husband feels very poorly and his blood oxygen has dropped to one reading under 90, one 92. We have expensive theatre tickets for tomorrow but it seems unlikely we can go anywhere. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Lightheaded
